Cookies are small values stored by your browser. ServiceSignal uses one necessary first-party cookie to remember your analytics choice. Google Analytics cookies and optional analytics code stay off until you select Allow analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the public site or assessments.

Google may set short-lived diagnostic cookies such as _gid or _gat* as part of Analytics. ServiceSignal removes recognised Google Analytics cookies when you withdraw consent.
3. Optional analytics controls
- Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics do not load before affirmative consent.
- The reject and allow choices are presented with equal prominence.
- Analytics runs only on public pages, never private reports, authentication, or administrator routes.
- Query strings and URL fragments are removed before page URLs are sent.
- Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled.
- Google Analytics cookies are capped at 183 days and are not refreshed on each visit.
4. Change or withdraw your choice
You can reopen the same choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops optional analytics for later activity and removes recognised Google Analytics cookies from this site. It does not affect processing that occurred while consent was valid.
5. Browser controls
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the necessary preference cookie means ServiceSignal cannot remember your choice and may ask again. Browser controls do not necessarily stop cookieless technologies, which is why ServiceSignal also prevents the optional analytics code from loading before consent.
